Haven't posted since thanksgiving. Where did the week go? Times flies...
Hoping that everyone is well. Me? Caught a bit of a bug for a few days - but feeling
much better. I've been juicing quite a lot lately and changing my diet by eliminating
meat and dairy products. Cheese!!! (French - European) I'm going to miss it -
- maybe, once in a while.
Changing to an organic, plant based / fish diet after reading
that men live on average - 10 additional years whom don't eat red meat.
Women, an additional seven years. Interesting article...
Anyways, sending my best regards to everyone.
